My rates are as follows:
Individual & Family Sessions $140 per 50-minutes
Phone Consultations $45 per 15-minutes after the first initial 15-minutes
Crisis Sessions $210 per 60-minutes
Sliding Fee Scale: I work with a limited number of clients on a sliding scale basis in order to make therapy as affordable as possible. If you are not able to pay my standard fee, please inquire about my sliding scale rates.
Insurance: At this time, I accept Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (AKA: Evernorth), and Aetna insurance. If you are using your insurance, you may be responsible for a co-pay at the time of service. Please contact your insurer to determine your co-pay and whether you have an annual deductible that must be met before you may use your benefits.
For Out-of-Network, I provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurer for direct reimbursement. Please contact your insurer to inquire about out-of-network benefits for mental health services. Many insurers will reimburse a percentage of your out of pocket expenses.
Notice of Right to Receive 'Good Faith Estimate' for Expected Charges:
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Free Initial Consult: I provide a free 30-minute initial consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to find out if we will be a good fit working together. We will spend a few minutes filling out paper work and then we will discuss what brings you in. If we both feel like it would be a good fit we will make an appointment to get started with the therapeutic process. If I feel like you can be better served by a different therapist I will let you know and provide you with some referrals.
Payment Responsibility: The agreed upon payment is due at the end of all sessions. Payments can be made in person via cash, check, or credit card.
